Decent work for youth have a multiplier effect for the whole economy by encouraging the demand for goods and services and increasing financial revenues. Demand for social services would fall down because they spend their time in a productive way, positive for their self-stem and healthy. The satisfactory beginning in their professional careers allows young people to pass from the social dependency to the self-sufficiently and help them to escape poverty and to contribute actively in society.

3. MOTIVATING
Motivating is the process of influencing people to accomplish specific objectives. Motivation explains why some people works hard and others do not, it involves efforts directed towards shaping human behavior, which includes leadership, communication, work groups, behavior, job satisfaction, job enrichment, needs fulfillment, employee morale and organization change.
Our mechanisms to motivate our employees:
