Marketing is an important process that every organization, no matter their industry, should take into account and apply it. This process guarantees the satisfaction con the customer“s needs depending on the product or service. It includes the description and research of the customer to target, the product or service the company will offer, how this product will satisfy customer“s needs, the strategies of the price of the service, the place where the service will be functioning, and the promotion which includes how the product or service will be promoted: advertising, social media, webpage, etc.

We did a survey of 15 questions, which was answered by 100 people. With these answers in this survey we could analyze our customers who need a job.
Our customers are in an age range 19-21 years, and currently belong to the University of La Sabana, in the careers of International Business Administration, Business Administration and Marketing Management and Logistics, third and fourth semester studying with ICETEX financial assistance.
76% of students surveyed do not have a job right now. 30% of them believe it is not a priority at this time because they are studying, they do not need and find it very tiring. The remaining 46% can not find a job that fits your schedule and tastes, it seems very complicated process to get one or no knowledge of how to get it.
54.5% are likely to use a website to find a job that fits your schedule and tastes and 37.7% would use completely. For people that would use the website to find a job the most important thing is that it has an extensive list of companies to access.
24% of students that works, did the normal procedure to get a job, but 10% of them want to look for a better job to put in evidence what this study. Of the 24% only 10% used a website to get a job and 57% have seemed acceptable performance and price, the remaining 14% do not know any web portal.

2. PRICING
In Student Connection will handle two prices: the first is for customers (students), when they enter the website will find a form to be filled and in two or three maximum days will be calling to confirm the interview with the company, at that time they will have to pay $ 80,000. The payment can be by credit card, transfer or consignment.
The other price is for businesses, they must pay $ 290.000 for each student who will get for their company.
3. SELLING/PRODUCT SERVICE
As Student Connection is new in the industry, the promotion to start is a very important factor. In our industry we have many competition, it is not the only job search website, advertising should be our hook to let us know and people prefer us.
Student Connection will have a page on Facebook and Instagram were some promotions, discounts, and other information will be posted for customers to feel attracted to use the service. The promotion on social networks will be very important for the company because our target are students, and at this time the technology is the best tool to promote information and more for young people as those who will manage the company.
Another option that the company will use fo advertising is out ads in the newspaper and in popular magazines with coupons for the moment the students complete the form will have a discount at the momento of the payment. Also it will do talks at universities so that students do know and are encouraged to enter the page. Also in companies, preferable in big and recognized one.
Finally one of the most influential ideas is the voice to voice, so the could meet more people to know of this service. Any student who has already filled out the form and carry an additional person to knows the service will have a discount in the momento of the payment.
